My Crispy Pata

Dinner for today! Especially cooked by yours truly!

Crispy pork legs
Crispy Pata is a famous Filipino pork dish that uses a whole pig’s leg. The leg (or pata) is made tender by simmering in water along with other spices. It is then rubbed with seasonings and deep-fried until the texture becomes very crunchy. This dish can be eaten as a main dish along with pickled green papaya (atchara) and a dipping sauce made from soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and chopped onions. It can also be served as beer food or “pulutan” – which is what Crispy Pata is popularly known for.

Queen of Pain

So my team wanted to report me early in the game when I cannot deliver because I am stuck in mid with Storm Spirit and Pudge. Yes Pudge and Storm Spirit are fighting for mid.

My Queen of Pain

Oh My Poutine!

I never get sick of eating poutine!

Poutine (/pˈtn/French: [putin]Quebec French:[put͡sɪn] ( )) is a common Canadian dish, originally from Quebec, made with french fries, topped with a light brown gravy-like sauce and cheese curds.[1] This fast fooddish can now be found across Canada, and is also found in some places in the northern United States, where it is sometimes required to be described due to its exotic nature.[2] It is sold in small "greasy spoon" type diners (commonly known as cantines or casse-croûtes in Quebec) and pubs, as well as by roadside fry wagons (commonly known as cabanes à patates, literally "potato shacks"). National and international chains like New York Fries,[3] McDonald's,[4] A&W,[5] KFC,[6] Burger King,[7] and Harvey's[8] also sell mass-market poutine in Canada (although not always country-wide[9]).

Re-route

Tuesday afternoon, heading home, tired from work. Google Maps showed that there's a heavy traffic in our usual route, which is on Pattullo Bridge, so we decided to take Alex Fraser Bridge instead.

One Sunny Saturday

It was a sunny Saturday and we're like we've been sitting almost all day. Sunny days like this should never just past by without doing anything outside. So we decided to go to downtown Vancouver and try the best Gelato shop in town, Bella Gelateria! Then just strolled arround Canada Place before going to Richmond Night Market.

While waiting in queue at Bella Gelateria, I just took a photo of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant.

Bella Gelateria is located on the ground floor of Fairmont Pacific Bldg, pictured above.

Another building in downtown Vancouver.

Anime figures for sale in Richmond Night Market. I bought One Piece set last year, a little expensive for $60.

All pictures taken using my Nexus 5 Android phone, and I must say I didn't need my Nikon D7000 this time. :D

P.S. No post processing done, just HDR+ enabled :D

Ensanada, Mexico

First time to cruise! Our ship docked at Ensanada.

Nice view of a little village in Ensanada. The town welcomes tourist who wanted to see the majestic La Bufadora!

Mines View Park? Nah. Souvenir shops along the narrow street leading to the blowhole.

This one is a must try! I forgot the name but it's like a scallop. It was $10 for 3! Quite expensive eh. And yes, they generally accept USD as payment.

Just the simple beautiful lady I met 7 years ago!

Of course I tried wearing the native Mexican hat that I can only see on TV before. Haha!

Whole map of the California province.

They say this is the place where margarita is invented.
